It just made sense.
Lupine Build & Design has been a dream a long time coming. In 2025, we saw a need in Western Wyoming for builders who could balance customer needs with quality work, commitment, and industry expertise. After a decade spent in Jackson working on anything from small remodels to commercial builds, it just made sense that the time had come to launch. We’re passionate about our values — and passionate about the industry — where we couldn’t be happier to be based in Jackson where cutting edge design meets rugged individualism and mountain town charm.

Her background includes planning and executing both long-term and short-term projects, balancing inventory and budgets, to sales and human resources and taught her to bring structure, clarity, and organization to everything she takes on. Throughout her career — she also took time to learn the fundamentals of design and building from the planning process to than hands-on one.
Ashley has worked on multiple remodel projects, where her designs highlighted a unique ability to blend luxury and livability and find the perfect balance between creativity and reality.
Ashley’s strength lies in translating visions into reality and providing top-tier administrative leadership and operational expertise to Lupine. Between guiding design decisions, overseeing organization, and understanding the importance of spending time with her boots on the ground — she has a unique ability to manage both the realities of a jobsite and back-end systems and keep projects on track from start to finish.
When she’s not working — you can find her spending time with animals at her small ranch in Daniel or hiking, horseback riding, and skiing in the Tetons and Wind river ranges.

After graduating from East Stroudsburg University with a degree in business & marketing, John moved to Jackson to work as a ski instructor. Over a decade later and after achieving some of the highest certifications offered in the industry — you can still find him teaching his local youth race team on the weekends or getting nominated for Best Ski Instructor by Best of Jackson Hole.
In the building industry, John has worked a variety of roles on projects ranging from commercial builds to high end residences and luxury remodels. Throughout extensive time spent working on large-scale builds, he also completed many other smaller scale projects which shaped his appreciation for the diversity, problem-solving, and adaptability that is required to succeed in this industry and region.
The time in his early career that John spent working in client facing roles and hospitality carried naturally into construction where he realized that strong communication, organization, and professionalism are just as critical as technical building skills. He combines hands-on craftsmanship with business acumen and a people-first approach to bring a rare level of accountability, competence, and versatility to every project.
